Everyday smoker Newb Grower...

Hello world: I have succesfully germinated my seeds...iin have put my soil in cups for now and planted my tails. I have them in a dark spot waiting for them to sprout (7 cups, 7 plants).....
Now heres the problem i have no lighting sytem no nothing really i need help getting prepared....please help....

No real budget i jus wanna small but effective grow area

well im using 600watt HPS for 6 plants so you could do that for 7 but thats my flower room for vege you could go mh or CFlL its up to you cfls are cheapers and efficant and effective at vege stage but not so great for flowering?

About these so called "CFL's" how do i kno what lighta r them

CFL-compact florescent lights, these are a cheap alternative to MH/HPS lighting but they also have there draw back, they dont compare to HPS for flowering stage, for seven plants you will need alot of CFL'S to yeild any thing decent

Ok now heres my thing w/mhp and msp or whatever they exactly are but seiusly i dont want my electric bill to go out the window.
