Every plant that is taking in this RO water is having this happen

Hey all.. Had a successful grow going in another room until W3 flower when something in the water chemistry here changed. I'm not sure if it's my RO malfunctioning or what, but all of the leaves on my large plants started turning yellow at the bottom, and developed red stems. Now lo and behold, it's affecting all my new veg plants too

3 different strains, 2 indicas one sativa, all exhibiting the same problems..

overwatering is gonna be the one everybody suggests but I have to say of all things it might be, it won't be this. It would shock me if so as I'm already letting them get light and dry on top before even attempting to give them more water..

soil is brand new destiny organics from the bag

I have NOT been adding Ca or Mg to my RO and I'm wondering, could this be the result?

What and how much nutrients are you feeding them?

They are to small for adding nutrients. You have enough nutrient in the soil already. Start feeding when they start to fade to a lighter green colour.

Zero nutrients -- the destiny supersoil schedule doesn't even call for the first feeding until full veg starts.. And even then I think it's just fish hydro

There have been no nutrients added but the leaves are yellowing and dying rapidly

Also, as mentioned, this has affected large plants in flower as well

I think the soil is to hot. They look overferted. Store bought soil bags will fluctuate in nutrient strength.

Do you by any chance reuse your soil?

I have not reused any soil, as nothing has been completed yet. the first grow underway in flowering is developing red stems, reddish leaves, and yellow leaves in W5 flower. And now my pre-veg plants pictured above are suddenly exhibiting the same behavior

Probably mag deficiency if you're running RO water. What are you feeding them in flower? Plants grown under LED's need more Mg than plants under HID.
