Estimating the week of flower by picture

Hello,

I have this picture of my currently growing outdoor plant that was taken after flowering had commenced (obviously... haha!)

I'd like to guesstimate which week of flower this plant was likely in at the time of the photo.

Is this enough information in this one pic?

If you have any questions about environment of longitude latitude or whatever, then please ask.
