Is it made as a final flush additive?...Or to apply throughout the entire grow, like beneficial microbes?...

Yes throughout ,I use it when water temps are on the up.Its not cheap so I use less then 1 ml/l.
Saved me from some bad root rot last year(first grow in decades) so I keep it around.

Ill use it also on rez changes,3 days before kinda thing.

Oh I see. It appears that there are a lot of beneficials for hydroponics on the market these days, it's always good to know which are worth while and which are not.

You use less than 1ml per litre? Did that ratio avoid all the foam up ive been reading about? And was that ratio pretty effective for you? Or rather did you have to it multiple times for a result?

You get foam even at .5ml/l.If you dont have airstones then Im not sure what happens. As I said it cleared root rot in a short time.So it does work.I dont use it all the time,it sits on the shelf mostly incase one day I get root rot again.

If say you had a 150L system, 6 or so pails with air and you put in what the lable says/2ml/l
you'll end up with foam gushing out the net pots, roots will be stuck to your lids.
I emailed the dude, gave him shit.Lable says nothing about slowly introducing the stuff over a few weeks.
So read the web site first.

I don’t use that brand, but I do add a enzyme to help my root zone .
But I’m not in a setup like yours , I would probably look at hydro guard so your not dealing with bubbles .

Also

If you know some landscapers or someone who is in environmental, golf course workers , etc you might be able to get enzymes for really cheap.
I get a 5g once a year (free)

Were you in flower when you started treating the root rot? How long did it take from the time you started treating it with this to the time you saw it was working to clear it up?

I was in veg. Tote with 2 plants LED above dwc. Plants were all shrivelled showing all sorts of deficiency. Took about 48 hrs and I noticed it started to look better. 4 days and things were back on track.Im now Rdwc and don’t have issues anymore.
