Envirolite Reflector for two CFL lamps closet grow

hi guys, i'm new to rollitup and the whole growing world but i've been doing research and been planning where and how to grow and i was thinking do you guys think http://www.head-nature.com/05538 would be suitable for a closet grow??

all so whats peopls views on oxy pots, are they worth it for all or only really for the mother, and have a drain and flood for the clones

any other budget but worth while stuff i'd need?

Looks really nice, With a couple VERY LARGE cfls, you could use that in a closet. But, in the end, a HPS would be cheaper.
