Enough lighting?

I'm currently working on my first grow room and I am close to finishing. This is what it looks like right now

The plants will only be in these flimsy cups for another week or so since they haven't even spouted.

I know its ghetto as hell, but it's my first grow and I can't find any good fixtures that would help me -- I need to find a DIY cfl wiring guide.

So if I keep raising these 2 23W would this keep the top good? I will be using 2 65W Cfls on each side standing straight up for the sides?

Any tips? Thank you!

Also is the direction their facing the best possible?
I think it would be fine on how its facing, but the clear cups arent the best, the roots dont like light, you can wrap the cups with dark tape or something.

and mour lights :D if possible.

Oh yea, didn't even catch that... clear cups = no good! Transplant or cover up.

it will work for now. i'd replace them for 42w as they get bigger though. sidelightg sounds fine, personally i'd use more smaller bulbs i can move to keep them in the best possible places surrounding the plant in lights on all sides. you want a mixed spectrum of lighting. i run around 1 red spectrum bulb for every 2 blue spectrum bulb in veg and around 1 blue spectrum bulb for every 2 red spectrum bulbs in flower. cannabis has 2 types of chloroplast, one interacts with the red side of the spectrum and 1 with the blue side. So using only 1 spectrum you waste alot of your plants energy making ability.
