Enough light

i plan on setting up a closet grow room with just 2 plants will a 250watt hps be enough light for 2 plants to grow well i was thinking i could add a few cfls maybe if that isnt enough, any feedback welcome

also i am looking for any ideas on how to set up the exhaust system in this room along with the carbon filter

250 watt is more than enough to FLOWER two plants but you are going to want another light (t5 or Mh) for your veg
