Enough Light?, CFL 1 week flower

Hey just want to know if this is enough light for two incica type strains. are the buds about the right size for 10 days in? Any imput is appreciated, here are the lights I have

1X100W CFL (big One on top)
1 60 watt CFL
1 75 Watt growtube Floro

Total of 235 Watts

Man i can't enlarge the pictures so i can't get a proper look. I also don't know which spectrum the lights are. I would recommend adding another 100 Watts because it will be worth it in the end and also the plants require alot of light near the end phase than the beginning phase... glad i helped.
