Empire Builder (Super Soil)

My grow is relatively small scale, so I figured it'd be easier for me to just buy a pre-made super soil. Don't have much room in my apartment to store surplus compost.

So anyway, has anyone ever used Sanctuary Soil's Empire Builder?
