Emergency Move! Cooling/Venting tips in weird room?

Like the title says, I have to move my grow space due to lease ending :( im moving from a room about 4x4x8 to a closet thats like 8 ft long, 5 feet tall, and 3 feet wide, with a roof that slopes down to 3 feet in the back. I have grown in there before, but it was with CFL's, and I still had an exhaust and cooling problem. Granted I was even more of a rookie than I am now, so I didnt think to make a false door.

I have stepped my game up since those CFL's and now have a 1000w HPS. I have about 2 weeks to get this thing ready for one (two at the most) harvest.

How can I maximize my exhaust and keep cool air circulating in this closet to keep these litte buggers alive under a 1k lamp in a small room?

There are no limitations here except price. Im trying to keep it cheap (do it myself obviously). I can make the false door and everything I just need to know the best way to cut the holes in the new door and all that.

Big light in a small room, help me vent this thing and keep fresh air flowing in! Any help or suggestions are appreciated

Vent it into the attic. Cut a nice square hole in the drywall ceiling and save that piece so you can repair it when you leave. The problem I think your going to run into is that sloped ceiling is probably a cathedral ceiling (i.e. no room above it, just the roof rafters). You can still vent into there but only if its not insulated. Looks like your going to have a fun time crawling around the attic. In terms of the door...cheap door (I would check CL) and jig saw..done.

I think you are gonna have to run ac in the space. But if you have to do it with fans, I'd make a raised floor/air plenum of 3" with lot's of clustered vent holes in strategic locations. The opening of this raised floor / air plenum is below the new door for this space. At the top of this door (or at the highest location in your space) is your >=8" fan pulling air out. This way you can get fresh air to the plants in the back and exhaust the space efficiently.

Legally Flying. I did the roof vent in my other room that im moving from. I just smashed a hole with a hammer and stuffed the end of my duct in there. As stupid as it sounds, it actually worked. I might be trying this again, but before that I really want to try that (rosecitypapa) Raised floor method which pulls air through a 3 inch crack in the bottom of the door up through holes in a raised platform to eventually be sucked through the open end of the light and blasted out of the top corner of my door. GENIUS! Thanks for that! :-P Open to anymore suggestions as well, like I said, Ive got 2 weeks to make this thing ready to crank our some nice organic babies

you would need to aircool the light, get a cool tube or get a glass tempered glass cover under light with fan above. you would probably need to grow on the floor since the low end on the sloped side will be low. make good passive intakes

Yeah, that a pretty fucking money idea. your going to need ALLOT of holes in it (or a couple wide slits) but that is an awesome idea.
