Emergency clone help needed!

So its been 10 days and no roots out the bottom yet. The clones leaves are starting to yellow at the bottom, and 1 clone had some powdery mildew on it. I took off the humidity dome and thats all i know to do at this point. Is there a problem here? thanks again for all the help...

(edit) ah crap. i made a bunch of extra clones with hopes of even half surviving, but i pulled one up from the rockwool tonight to see if it was rooting, and holy hell, it doesn't have any roots. wtf!!!

I dont know what to do at this point, i guess just sit tight and wait? shouldn't there be some kind of roots after 10 days? even the slightest resemblance of roots starting?

Any help appreciated, im very frustrated and not sure any of them have roots at this point.

What is the pH?

Did you use any rooting hormones, gel or powder? If your stem hasn't swelled below the rockwool 10 days in, I'd say the rockwool is to dry. How are you watering them? and how often? What kind of light are you using? What is the temp?

ive been foilar spraying, i used rooting gel, temps are high and humid, T5 lights.

Whats up with the powdery mildew. That mean its too humid??

How wet are those cubes? Have they been really wet all along? If so that may be the problem, too wet which is causing the mildew and or mold build up.

did you soak the rockwool cubes over night with 5.5 ph water ??

Your fine. Yellowing is normal as the plant begins to use its energy to form roots. Make sure you ph balance your water and spray them with a very light nute solution- Nitrogen based. Squeeze out your cubes and just keep misting them daily. Take the dome off an hour a day or so to keep the mildew from being an issue. I dont usually see roots for about 14-20 days but overall yours look fine- you will lose a couple. Be sure to remove any dead leaves or slimy dying leaves to keep the problem localized. You should be able to lift a corner of your humidity dome to give it some air as well. They usally dont need 100 humidity except during the first week. Just keep your rockwool moist but not wet.

try to keep the temps down if you can by the way- no higher than 80 in your chamber.
