About the same as with the 120v..it's about the same as doing an extra dryer load per day..what gets you popped is the massive increases..4 x 400w..at 120 = 2 x 400w at 240..might even draw less, depending if you're piggybacking on stove or dryer lines, or running an independent line.. We had a 220v line istall in my old house for $150.00 (safely, by electrician)..told him it was for our 3000w band PA system..it was ....partly....hee heeWhat do you think the power bill would be if I went from running 4 4oo watters at 110 volts to 2 400's and 2 1000's at 220v? any help woud be great. thanks for the input.![]()
