Electrical help: 12 390mA CFLs through one 10-15A timer?

I have 1 timer running out of my outlet, and I just wanted to make sure I'm not overloading it. I have ten 23w 390mA cfls, and two 26w 390mA cfls running through a surge strip rated at 120v 15A, that is plugged into a timer that has two ratings on the back. The timer says 120v then it says 10A 1500w and right under that it says 15A 1850w. I'm assuming I am good to go since the total of all my bulbs are under 5 Amps. Can someone confirm this for me please, and shed some light to what the two ratings mean on the timer.

That's the beauty of cfl's. I have 18 wired together with one decent sized power cord.

I'm interested in what ratio of blue cfl's to red cfl's you'll have. Or will you just run the blue in veg and red in bloom?
