Electrical cost

Hey guys, I am just wondering if anyone knows about how much of a spike in your electric use will trigger an investigation? I have just added a new grow closet with a 600watt HPS and need to add A/C to cool the heat load in the room but wonder if the jump may get noticed.

I was hoping that was the case. With all the fans, lights, pumps, ETC.. from what I calculate I believe the electric cost will be around 60 per month. Thank you for the input.
