You need a transformer to step down your 220v outlet to a 120v outlet. If you are going to use a timer make sure its 120v.

is that the only outlet in the bathroom? build yourself cord with a 110v outlet box and clamp (a pig tail)only use one side red or black and clip and tape the one you dont use

You should be able to change the breaker and the receptacle the wire will be bigger then whats normally used on a 120v but should work fine. Im sure 15 amp is high enough for your two lights since its on a circuit by itself. The receptacle will have to be pig tailed inside the box those wires are too big to hook up to a normal receptacle So I would reccomend getting some 14 or 12 gauge romex and stripping the jacket off it get some wire nuts and electrical tape should be pretty easy to change over. Other then changing the breaker and the receptacle Im not sure.

Or simply switch your 2 pole 30 amp breaker into (2) single pole 20a breakers, and then over by your dryer 1 hot will now be a 120 dedicated circuit as well as the other hot.

This person has 2 120v lights, and 1 250v outlet. You cant run a 120v light from a 250v outlet simple. Also you cant run 2 120v lights from a 250v outlet a transformer will drop your voltage to 120v.

either way its 220 volt outlet..and if you change shit around in the breaker box yes you can.. its cheaper to just go in side your breaker box.:blsmoke:

Irish, sorry bub, but here in the states, this is what he has going on House panel= 120/240 he has from his panel a 2/p 30a breaker (2 120v hots make 240) so if he were to switch the 30a 2/p breaker to 2 20a 1/p breakers all he would have to do it take the to hots at his plug and seperate them into (2) seperate circuit 20a 120v.

Simple as that.
