Can anyone vouch for these or shed some light on the subject?

They are fine for seedlings and clones.

Thanks Stoner! Let me pick your brain some more. I'm have a grow room project started, found some space 3x4x5h. The ventilation is limited. Like to tap in the heaters exhaust pipe for the forced exhaust, if I do so it will need to travel downhill, do you think that can work? Do you think 150w mh and 150w hps is sufficient. I'm thinking it will suffice in such a small place. What would you put in such a space. I'm gonna go with soil for time round, about 4 potted plants...any directions much appreciated...thanks.

Until recently I had a 2 bulb 48' fixture which I put 2 of those ecolux bulbs into for vegging, except one was warm light and the other was cool. It worked well for its use. Now it's 4 48' GE Starcoat T5's for me and I let my buddy borrow the old fixture to veg his sprouts.
