It actually worked. I timed my germination of 9 beans to the time of the eclipse and 8 sprouted with the holdout late in the day.

they are now in peat cups and miracle grow and under 24/7 grow light but will be transplanting them into 5 gallon buckets and Happy Frog and soon into glorious Maine sunlight.
