Hello,

I have a 80x80x160cm Grow Tent with 8 Plants in it transplant then 3 day's ago in 4 x 7,5 Liter and 4 x 6 Liter Airpots all filled with Coco and Pebbles combination I hope it's not Overkill it's tight now in the room but i train my Plants to filled the space nice.

My Ebb and Flood will coming soon my Tank 40-65 Liter arrived today I know it's not so big but maybe it will work with a eye on it?

How much and how long I have to Flood the Tray at this moment? Know i do Hand watering because the Roots are not established yet so maybe wait for that bevore i Flood the Pots?

This how it looks inside

Than an Air Pump 300 Liter / hour Ebb&Flood Tool for in and outtake and a 45 liter Tank
Thanks.

I don't see this being the right system for your medium.
Flood and drain or ebb and flow would be better suited to pure clay pebbles .
Coco in a recirculating system will change your nutrient profile , more K will leach out.
I also don't see flooding as a great way to water coco.

Recirculating can be done but you will need to adjust your pH more and do a res change once a week.

From my view the best way to use that equipment to get optimum results would be as drain to waste and to use your tray as drainage, top feed with a manifold multiple times a day and use your res as a catch tray for run off which you'd pump out and dispose of.
This would require an external second res , like the flexible ones you can get cheap. Use that as your nutrient res and gave your pump in it.

You could recirculate, I do, but 45ltr isn't a lot of volume so it would need adjusting more often.

Sonds not so good I thought Coco is great for Ebb'n'flow System i make a clay pepples drainage in the Airpots so I give it a try and will see if it fails I do hand watering and switch to top feed what you say but the problem was I don't know which one to buy which pump and spay etc.. Not good Infos here to find in my grow shops

Thank you Sir

Honestly never heard of it used that way but we may just have different terminology been from different parts of Europe.

Try it, I'm sure it will grow if you can get it to flood long enough to absorb enough nutrient solution from the bottom.

Looks more of a NFT tray to me.

But do try it out and see how you get on.

All you can do is try and if needed adjust your method and adapt your equipment a bit.

Normally I have done smaller pots 3l maxi but this time it is what it is litte overkill in volume not much space here left maybe I cut the plants back

Nutrient film technique.

Basically a tray with capirally mat and rock wool blocks that the plants are in.
The roots spread through the mat and water flows continuously across the tray creating a thin film of nutrient solution and high oxygen environment.

Anyhow , just try your original plan, I suppose it would be similar to a giant autopot system , bottom fed and wicking up the whole pot.
