Hello folks, after my successful DWC grow its time to try out ebb and flow. I gotta say the yield and the quality that dwc provides its absolutely stunning, but I have to say maintenance is a bitch.
So ebb and flow, I have everything ready except for trays that hold the medium. I was thinking of using square pots for ebb and flow fill em up with some hydrotons.
My main concern for the square pot is, the height is double of the height of the tray, therefore will the water drawn from reservoir be able to fill it up all the way? Is it possible as long as my extend the bulkhead?
What about using meshpot for dwc in replace of square pots? Only concern is the roots will be stuck with hydrotons.
Anyhow throw me some ideas. Can't wait to just change ONE reservoir!
