Ebb and Flow setup

Hey..

I am switching over to a ebb and flow unit. Probaby a Big foot. Can someone direct me to some links here explaining how to grow using ebb and flow?

Growing MJ is fundamentally the same regardless of setup (soil, ebb/flow, aero, dwc etc). Ebb and flow is basically just a method of cultivation. There's really nothing specific you'll need to know about growing using ebb/flow other than how the unit functions. Since it sounds like you're buying a setup opposed to creating one, read the instruction manual. Otherwise there's plenty of documentation on the interwebs of how ebb/flow works... Here's one link:
