Early budding?

Grew my plants inside started in the winter they were 1.5ft when i put them outside about a month and a half ago and one of them is showing white hairs currently. I believe it may be because i grew them early and a decent size before i put them outside and may be because it went from 18\6 to 13\11 because of the time of year when i put them out. now it might be 14/10 but what will happen? The days are getting longer, which means it will stop budding right? but will it start to grow again and then bud at the right time of season or what?

You don't saywhere are you have your plants. If you're in North hemisphere, since June 22 the daylight time is getting shorter..
