Do you ph test your water? What is the temp of your grow room? How close are your cfl's? Do you have a moisture wand? Does your soil have good drainage? Why is the plant so far down in the pot? Do you have a fan? Does it get good fan circulation?

First of all what kind of soil is that? and it doesn't look like enough. If you have a ph test kit then you should definitely test your water if not go buy a single strip and test it. Make sure that it is between 5.5-6.5. How much have you been watering? And if you are using CFL it can be up to 1in away from your babies. Good luck :)

U need more light.. ( i can tell by just looking at the plant...) its growing to accommodate the light.

Remember, plants dont grow just because there is light, they grow because they feel they need more leaves and branches to absorb it all. So for example you use 1 23WATT cfl, it iwll only grow enough leaves so it can absorb the light and in ur case, just a few.

You put a 600watt HPS, it will grow more, because the light is more powerful..

Ph your water..

Dont over/under water

THATS IT!
