dying seedlings,need some input

okay so i planted 6 seeds into a bubbleponics system, 3 hindu kush, and 3 g13. These pictures are after about 2 weeks of growth, and as you can see the 4 of the 6 plants are withering and browning. I am using 6 42 watt cfls currently and im keeping them a good distance from the plants because i originally thought it was from heat stress. its been about another week now and the plants dont seem to be doing any better so im hoping for some input from a pro i am running 1/4 dose of micro and grow nutes right now, thanks in advance for any help.

flush them and replace with phed water no nutes for about a week then slowly add nutes with each res change i think you are cooking them at that age i was running 20 ml of each grow bloom micro to 15 gallons if you have a humic acid mix id add that too but no nutes hope they recover peace.
