Dying plant

Evening all,
First time grower. Dont have alot of space so only growing 2 plants. Using DWC method. One plant seems to be doing well but the other has slowed to the point it no longer looks like its growing, also for the past few days the leaves have started to droop more and more. I should mention that a week ago the roots looked brown and dirty so i put a small amount of silver bullet in. I have been checking ppm everyday and it has been on just water for about 5 days. The water temp is chilled and the roots are getting plenty of water and oxygen. Any ideas? Have attached a pic of each plant.
Thank youIMG-20191208-WA0004.jpgIMG-20191208-WA0005.jpg

That's a head scratcher. Dwc scares me. Kudos for going with that for your first grow. You will learn a hell of a lot

Your first mistake was getting that purple light lol ... jk... but let it grow man I’m sure it will bounce back . You have till flower which is whenever you decide. You should have seen my cuttings they were so bad but they bounced back .., by the time your a month in you can then start to panic. Let it grow

Better change your name. DWC is a soiless media.
