Greetings!
I have to say, DWC is my favorite way to grow. Easy to do, cheap and efficient.
Because I live in an arrogant land full of swine and misled cattle, I was starting with not so reputable seeds. Got a bag of some "Chocolope", found 2 seeds and BOTH were female!
Good, or so I thought. I begged this plant under CFLs for 3 weeks, then put emnunder a HPS 400w to begin flower. This plant performs great, vigorous growth and some STANKY buds. 5 weeks into flower, I was inspecting the plant sniffing her parts, and I saw a cloud blow out from under the bush. In my ignorance, I stooped down and made way for my head under the canopy and I was CRUSHED. There I saw roughly 6 pollen sacks. Open.
Devastated, I began plucking them off, andthought to myself "what. The. Fucc??" I thought, that this was caused by stress, granted I can't see a whole lot in this bush, id like to not move it around a whole lot for the ones I cannot see may be a real threat,
Today, I clip an under bud, bigger one that is just covered, and it was LOADED with seeds. Nothing BUT seeds. Now, the entire plant is not infested, just lightly seeded. These under budsbseem to be the most affected. Yet the tops don't look too bad.
I originally thought it was from stress, because my light didn't fire on time and by time I got to it, it had been 4 hours later than when it was supposed to fire. I checked my pH and ppms, and for late week 4 I didn't think it wastoo high of ppms. (1200) I like to stay around 650 for flower so I changed the red, fixed the light and been on track since.
Today, after cutting the pre bud, drying it and removing the seeds, I noticed more pollen sacks.
What the hell do I do??????
Can't cut it down, pretty much only plant in garden, and need to make my accountant happy.
I'm pretty sure this plant still has 4 weeks or more.......
