Dust Or To HOT?

dusty or to hot

i have 4 26w daylight cfls in about a 3 ft tall box
(wood)
bout 1 ft wide.

i have two computer fans blowin and today i took the back of the box off..

the plants look kinda dusty and at the end of the first fan leaves they have burnt lookin spots.
i clipped it off with sissors hopefully i did the righht thing?

You probably should have waited for a response before clipping the shit... why not post some pics so we can see and tell you what we think....

they starten on there fives now but its o sum on the 3s and the first fan leaves.

and i removed the bck of the box cuz of the temp and took out the foils exept for on the door and top of box. cleaned the fans and box idk what else to do it always looks like theres dust bloi aroud hen i open the box not much but sum
