During veg, should I keep males in a separate area

I have a few plants that are male. Under 18/6 I am starting to see the preflowers, would I need to move them to a new tent/room? Will they pollinate my female plants if I leave them to veg in the same room? I don’t plan on flowering the females until they are much bigger.

Unless you plan on breeding your females, there's no point in keeping males.

Thanks, I do plan on breeding some of them, seeds are kinda expensive. What could I do with the males? Do I have to get a separate tent for them even though they are not flowering?

You need to keep them on 24/7 lighting or you will be having a party
