Dud seeds

So i dont wanna start world war 3 so im not mentioning any names , but i ordered 5 seeds from a big company , they were shit looking seeds for a start , they havent germ'd ive got one left to try but long and short do i stand any chance of recieving replacements or am i wasting my time ? i know obviously the seeds are sold for preserving genetics and not for germinating. so how do go about telling them there seeds were shit n i want some new ones ?

Can you verify that you have germed many seeds before? possibly with pics and detail your germ methods?

Also if you have one left and it actually dose look crap then take pictures and store it for return to the seed company as proof. I have never seen a seed company quibble at refunding or exchanging bad seeds and they normally would give extra freebies to appologise but if they dispute then be prepared to backup your claim and they will oblige on proof new seeds. Most would accept this dose happen and are more than willing to make up for there mistakes as long as it wasnt yours.

Yea, some are cool and will replace your seeds if they don't germ (even though they're just souveniers)

Maybe the problem doesn't lie within the seeds... What method are you using, as Kingrow mentioned...

thanks for replies guys yeah done plenty of germing mate , popped some big bud #1 today.

ill email the company concerned , see where it goes from there.

hahah yeah dude never let my eyes focus on it before haha

just about to write said email but im not sure if i should mention if i tried to germ'd or not i got a feeling u cant say that as seed sold are not for germination.

p.s. just saw the other Q , i use the trust paper towel method.

this is what puts me off

Yer they all got stuff printed like that, how else do you think they get away with selling seeds, dude there still a seed bank under all that redtape!lol! Peace

Screw that, i would have straight out complained and made sure i got an extra ten seeds, id email em pics of the bad one you got left and tell them the other twenty times ive used this seed bank they were pukka seeds so understand that mistakes happen but time is money and these seeds should have popped a week ago!

I actually enjoy getting bad grow products or mistakes, kerrching, free stuff and instant replacements! Peace

oh i do nice first , then i do hell lol , well 1 of 5 popped but it didnt look that great , gone to soil , with that one no word back from supplier.
