My buds have been drying for around 7 days now They outside of the buds feel dry then inside do but the twigs don't snap they crunch a little bit and bend.

The buds itself smell lovely and look perfect.

Temp 19-21c
Humid 60%

When the buds feel dry on the outside, it's time to jar. Fill the jars 2/3 full and allow the buds to rehydrate in the jars - it they rehydrate within a few hours, lay them out flat until they feel dry on the outside again, then put back in jars. Repeat until the outside feels dry after being in the jars for a few hours. Open the jar for a couple minutes a day to allow fresh air in. Or you can get a hygrometer that fits inside the jar - I bring the humidity down slowly until it reaches 62-65% - that's the cure zone. Good luck.

This is the part of the storage process where things can go sideways quickly, so it's important to closely monitor what's going on in each jar. Just be diligent and patient and you'll be rewarded.

you can always dry them out a little more, but you can't really remoisturize them. I'd say now's a good time to jar and start watching that humidity.
