Drying and curing

OK so I harvested a plant the other day dryed it wasn't my best dry was to fast for my liking but the heat were I am I couldn't get it stable enough for nice slow drying so on day 3 I took down trimmed and put it in a box layed out then put in some jars but I was wondering if I could actually put it in milk powder tins to cure there good because there dark and well cooler wouldn't u think just a thought anyway anyone ever tryed
