Dry and Rough Feeling Leaves

Flood and drain in 4x4 rw cubes.

80-85 day temps with co2 70 night temp
RH 50% +_
2 1000w Raptors over each 4x8

My leaves are just plain dry feeling. They even are rough/scratchy to the touch.

Pics dont do justice cuz the plants are plenty green. Almost to green.

The plants were moved from one location to another and then back the first 2 weeks of flower.

I am wondering if they were stressed so bad that they are getting some sort of lock out. They do seem stunted also.

are they all wrinkly? like when your skin stays wet for awhile it wrinkles up

No they almost look like they are fake .

i dont see anything but a nice crop. i did have your prob once and it was the light cooking the water out of the plant. raise the humdity alittle and raise your light more air moving around to.. that was my prob. not sure if yours is the same.

What temps are you running? It may be heat stress.

Ya know, I bet its the tiny hairs that make it feel that way.
Like I grew Bubba kush and it had like a sand paper feel to it. When I too some trich shots I saw it had more of those hairs then the other plants did. My guess is genetics.

It was also real dark green
