Usually you give them 200ml every 2 days. If you give them 500-900ml every 4 days, its very different from 200ml every 2 days because the water drains out way faster than the plants can soak the water up. Ur really only giving them 200ml every 4 days and your probably washing most of the nutes out of the soil with the rest of the water.
Ive grown papaya before and she loves being misted during the night at about 75 degrees temp. She also tends to become slightly N deficient during flowering so watch for that
!
BTW, besides droopy leaves, your plants look like they will become monsters!
