drooping lower leaves (pics)

hi, my plants where going great but today i noticed the lower leaves drooping and the upper ones reaching for the light, the 125w cfl isnt very far away maybe 2 or 3 inches

i gave them a little bit of diluted organic nutes and they seemed to like it at first but theyve gone like this, i guess i added nutes a little early? i gave them a little flush with filtered water earlier, any ideas?

Woo i think my little flush has done the trick, the bottom single leaves are f****d and gonna fall off but meh, the others have slight marks but have perked right up

I woulda been screwed if i hadnt read this site
