could be a number of things from needing water usually droopy means needs water or guessing root bound has tooken place

the one plant unaffected is 2ft taller than one drooping both in same enviroment.Watered both 3 days ago water meter reads 9 in one affected and 5 in one looking good.

just a guess, but maybe the larger plant is drinking more due to its size, so you maybe be over-watering the 2nd,
droopy leaves can mean a number of things, unfortunetly it can be both Over + Under watering, you should have a better idea to which one it is, it also mite not be a water issue at all
wish u the best on figuring this one out!

Drooping is cause from many things over watering over feeding root rot or root bound this is why you should post a pic~

That's why I asked you if you tried giving her more water.
If you have and that's not it then try less for a few days. Get the moisture level the same as the other one.

Seems to me the larger plant is using the water faster yet you are putting the same amount it both containers.

Will post pictures tomorrow of both plants ph to high maybe nutrient lock out. flushed today buds look good at week 4. have black spots on leaves though all kinds of stuff going on here
