drooping, cupping, brown, and yellow. lots of PICS!! need help.

Here's some info about my grow. Please ask for any additional info. They're 1 week old seedlings in a 60/40 perlite and vermiculite mix. I switch between a 400 watt hps which stays 2 feet above them and the 26 watt cfls you see in my pics. Temps range from 76-85 degrees, but they're usually around 80-83. I don't have a fan on them but i keep one blowing air into my closet. I think it's heat and underwatering, but because of my soilless mix, I don't know if ph could be the problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

you cant use HPS lights in veg.....

are you giveing them any feed?

Id turn the HPS off until they get bigger. PH levels that aren't in range can cause nute lock, and so can overwatering even if it is the right PH.
