drastic humidity drop??

OK so I have a 100% sealed room with just an intake and an exhaust. I currently don't have any plants under a light in it as they are still seedlings and in a different area.

The humidity has been about 54 the past few days and then today suddenly dropped drastically to 16???? What could cause this? How can I fix this?

Depending on the size of the room, a humidifier would do the trick in most cases. I take the drop was due to a change in the outside air conditions ( cold front or the likes)?
