The good part: I ordered beans from Jim at dope-seeds.com, and they were in my mailbox 4 days after purchase, and I live in the States! From reading the other threads, I think that is damn good shipping time.
The bad part: Of 11 beans, none of them sprouted. :evil:
The good part again: I contacted Jim and he expressed his apologies. He said that there might be something wrong with that particular strain, and sent me some replacements of a different strain, AND a few extras! Again, they arrived 4 days later. :mrgreen:

I started germing them last night, so I will let you all know if they sprout. Myself, I have a good feeling about this. :blsmoke::peace:

k yeah... well, good luck with all that.

I'll never switch from using Nirvana and Attitude. Never had one single issue with either of them. And I've made at least three orders from both companies.

I don't mind the wait either... I'd rather them take their time getting my seeds to me.. than be in a hurry.. and end up damaging the seeds.. or having my package get 'attention' from big brother. So again, I don't mind the wait.

I have heard many different opinions about ALL of the seedbanks mentioned on these threads, I just wanted to post mine. I don't think any one company is perfect because I have heard of attitude scamming their customers and stealing cc numbers, bc never delivers, and all sorts of other crap, but alot of ppl still seem to like them, so they must be good companies. It just goes to show that everyone makes mistkes. I also don't have to worry about stealth as much as some because I am a medical grower and so am completely legal. However, I was impressed with the packaging, it was very discreet. And I think it would be unfair to blame the company for a bad batch of seed received from their supplier. The replacements I was sent were Super Skunk, and out of the 3 that I germed, all 3 have cracked...so now I'm super happy! :)

I too have done business with Dope-seeds*** but I gave Speedy a shot this time.. he has good business practice, Plus he's one hell of a cool dude.

Update: After my receiving my replacement beans (super skunk)2 days ago, I placed 3 into a towel for germination. As of this morning 2 of them had popped. :)
I only germed 3 of the 20 because I will be running 3 different strains and I have to stay under my limit for medical grow. But they'll b going into pots tonight or tomorrow...I'm so freakin geeked!

I gotten a pack of feminized 10 Northern lights this spring.The pack was empty. I had a good laugh.

I Emailed jim and he fixed the problem.Got my replacements fast.

I used Dopeseeds for a few years.

Good costumer service.

Great germ. rate.

Ive used Jim for seeds for a very long time. Even if you want something that isn't on his site he will get it for you.
Never had a problem with germ rates, seeds get to you fast, no fear of credit card information theft and best of all if you send him an email with any kind of questions, he will email you back within 24 hours. Im sure he moves a lot of seeds worldwide, but doesn't get a big head and treat you like a number. Excellent to deal with every time.

You cant really get a better seed bank in my eyes...

Couldn't have said it better myself... so far I have germed 4 of the replacements (skunk) and 3 of them popped. I'm pretty happy with that.

Just received another order from Jim today, only got the order confirmation last Weds night :) They were for a friend, but I got to keep to autos, so we'll see what happens with them.
Update: I germed 4 Super Skunks (the replacements I got) and 3 of them popped. I must have damaged the one but the other two are a 1 5/8" and 3/4 of an inch, so they r not doin bad!

God, I hope so, Jim emailed me June 11th saying they would be shipped in 24 hours and still no beans...starting to get edgy :(
I just emailed Jim, so I'll see whats up and post an update...

If you really didn't get them, Jim will make it right. Just a tip tho, order in smaller quantities if you can, it makes it easier to get them through customs. What strain did you get, if you don't mind me askin?

ordered a 10 of Nirvana Full Moon, 10 Nirvana Short Ryders, 2x 10 of Indian Haze and was supposed to get 5 short stuff seeds with it...came out to 95 usd with shipping...was that to big :(

i agree with gangjaluvr. in general, im a hard sell when it comes to switching from attitude. (nirvana is also a top bank ofc, have ordered from them.)

something about always getting my beans on time and in top shelf condition just gets me going.
the whole beans not popping thing is the worst feeling, so im happy that dope-seeds helped you out. i think it happened to me like twice out of 15 orders with attitude, and they hooked me up with my replacements and extra freebies, thats why i love em.

good luck with dope seeds and let us know how ur babies are growing!

In the car business we called that sort of thing bait and switch ... though somewhat different than when used in the car business. They tempt you with something and you bite, it turns out to be junk and then you end up with something different, something they wanted you to end up with all along.

Did it even begin to dawn on you that you might have been had right from the start?

Maybe, but honestly since I've been panicking about my seeds I havn't read alot of post like that, just that the beans didn't get there, If I had known about attitude had guaranteed shipping I would have never fckd with them...(ordered before I joined forum)

update: wasn't even delivered to the us till 8 days after, so it was late before it ever left the uk :(
and no, still no beans, emailed them and thats when they gave me the tracking info from Royal P, thinks it will be here by the end of this week or the beginning of next, I hope so.... :(
