I've been growing these plants for like 5 and a half months there like 7 feet tall and bushy when are they going to bud

Pics would probably help just a little bc do u know if they are even female?

They will go into flowering when the light schedule reaches 14 hours light 10 hours darkness, this triggers them into thinking the season is ending, and winter is comming, so they start producing buds/seeds depending on whether they are male or female. Where do you live? Check google for a light schedule near your area.
