i ordered a hut and light kit from sunlight solutions 2 weeks ago to this day... first off they never indicated that BOTH the items i ordered were not in stock. so even though they took my money they had nothing to show for it. then a few days later i was wondering why they hadnt sent me a tracking number. they said they would do that right away. the next day when i still hadnt received a tracking number, i called in and they told me my hut wasnt in stock but the light kit was so they would hold it until the hut came in and would ship together. great, now u fucking tell me after i paid you. they said it would b in stock on friday and they would send it right away. nothing! i call in monday, they say that it absolutely will be sent monday and sorry for the inconvenience. oh and btw, i paid $200 for fed ex delivery, and they send it by usps. these past few days iv been waiting for my 1-3 day package to show up and today is day 5. now i just received an email with a tracking number. i hadnt ordered anything else, so i was wondering why i got this email. i called in today and they told me that the reason is they sent me my light kit, which mind you was in stock apparently when i ordered it, 2 fucking weeks late. their excuse was that it may not have been in stock. may not? wouldnt you fucking know if it was or not. and if i ordered it, why the fuck wouldnt you hold it for me while it was in stock. bottom line is never order from that site (sunlightsolutions). i could have gone to any hydro shop around the area and bought every single item right away... possibly for slightly more $$, but at this point that doesnt really matter, i just want the stuff i nearly spent all my savings on. WORST YET, they havent compensated me for their gross incompetence, not to mention the incompetence of usps services which i requested not to be sent by.
