Don`t buy from this site

Do yourself a favor and don`t buy from igrowhydro.com.They have no customer service and are not willing to go the extra to help their customers.I bought a system(2 extra weeks wait) from them and I think my ballast has a problem and I wanted to do an even exchange.They are not interested in helping.They`ll just tell you to upgrade your system.Instead of saying sorry for the inconvience lets do what it takes to make you happy and be a repeat customer,nope they give you attitude when you call.They want to charge a 50% restocking fee for returns and you pay for return shipping.

yah, i have heard this from a few people on this site.. they have said pretty much the same thing.. really good prices and all, but when you have a problem with your order, which it sounded like happens quiet often, forget about any kind of customer service.. i don't understand how companies can operate like this... i guess return bussiness isn't that important to them..

Right now they pretty much have the best price around on a 600 lumatek setup with a hortilux. Man, i was gonna place my order tomorrow but now im not sure.

in a couple weeks, when shit goes south, is that extra 20 dollar bill in your wallet gonna help you? and if you were to spend it today would it really hurt you?
