Does this look right?

I have three 4 foot plants all look very healthy. Two of them are obviously into flowering and this one looks very much still in veg.

Here are some pics, should I just be patient and it'll flower or is there something wrong?

Dude those plants look like high times cover plants. Color is perfect, leaves look great. Don't worry if anything its a varience of genetics between the plants. The "runts" will catch up. Good lookin grow man keep watching with patience. Time will reep its rewards.
