Does this look normal for an autoflower at 8 weeks?

A touch of fertilizer or light burn, but otherwise a very healthy looking plant. Nice work! What PPM are you fertilizing at and what kind of light are you working with?

She should be in full flower mode by now. You're likely going to have to change to 12/12 to get her to flower. Been seeing a lot of autos that don't auto on here lately, unfortunately.
That said:
If you're lights on temp is low, that can cause auto's to veg longer. My last grow @ 20c took 7-8 weeks to start flowering. A couple other members experience the same "delayed flowering autos" during winter months.

Tbh this is my first grow, I havent been using my EC meter much yet.. When I check my feed it reads out at 360 ppm, light is an 315w CMH.. Im getting a bit less patient so I was thinking of going 12/12 to force it to flower... Maybe a bad idea?
Yeah lights on temp has been around 21°c

12/12 won't hurt them one bit. Good choice on the CMH. They're highly efficient and produce lush growth. 360ppm is absurdly low. You should be watering in around 700ppm every 3rd water cycle. So feed, water, water, feed. You may just be developing deficiencies due to the plant's lack of available fertilizer. I would suggest you switch to 12/12 and increase your feed days to 700ppm on a feed, water, water, feed cycle.

Also, always use an EC / ppm meter. They're $13 on amazon. I love and use the hone forest unit. Cheap and effective. Failure to observe your fertilizer input is just asking for problems. Always verify your EC on feed days. How else do you know how much fertilizer the plant is receiving?

If everything else is on point just leave her alone maybe increase the dark period By a few hours otherwise it will do its thing when it's ready. I like it when my Autos go a long time in veg always makes the yield better and gives you more training flexibility. I've seen them flower at 2 weeks I've seen them go as long as 6 to 7 weeks before even showing sex
Okay, Ive been using a guide on how many ml of GHE flora trio per gallon, and thats what it read out now that I checked. I'll try 12/12 and start using my EC meter. Thx for the help.

Depends on the strain. Use waxed string to tie the branches down as needed as they stretch. Craft your canopy the way you want it so none of the branches are too close to the light. Tie. Stake. Manipulate. You get the point
