Does the Brand of a Ballast Matter?

I am looking to get a 250watt HPS for my Secret jardin Dr60. Any suggestions? Would like any recommendations for a nice 250 watt Thanks

that is just a knock off chinese unit with their sticker on it, Not a bad deal, you CAN use that for veg and flower, but I prefer to use MH for veg;. So a t-5 might also be a good buy also if you got the $$$
