It does say "...shall not be infringed." And I do believe that these fall under the definition of arms. What do you 2nd Amendment enthusiasts think?
The SCOTUS already ruled that the first section was not a prerequisite for the second...A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
you should try having a talk with desert douche, that blithering fuckwit refuses to accept that the SCOTUS gets to interpret the second. The SCOTUS already ruled that the first section was not a prerequisite for the second...
And Im the fucking foreigner.
Sometimes I wonder about thatWhy do I get the feeling that the politics section consists of about 4 people with 5 different screen names arguing with each other and their self?
And what do the 2nd Amendment ridicule folks think.....oh, that's right. They don't.It does say "...shall not be infringed." And I do believe that these fall under the definition of arms. What do you 2nd Amendment enthusiasts think?

Well according to many 2nd Amendment enthusiasts, it doesn't specify or say that they have to be individual arms. So, I am hoping the 2nd Amendment supporters here will give their answers about nuclear weapons and other weapons. And what do the 2nd Amendment ridicule folks think.....oh, that's right. They don't.
You don't think a nuke is "arm" to bear. do you?
You don't think a vial of anthrax is a personal weapon, do you?
You don't think, do you?
The way you phase this, with ignorant scorn, means you are willing to maintain the stoop to stupidity.Well according to many 2nd Amendment enthusiasts, it doesn't specify or say that they have to be individual arms. Go ahead and go get yourself a nuke, let me know how it works out for you when the rest of the world finds out, because they will find out. Maybe ask North Korea how well it has gone for them in their nuclear adventures, maybe you could get some pointers, maybe even meet Rodman.Well according to many 2nd Amendment enthusiasts, it doesn't specify or say that they have to be individual arms. Or hope that they don't, so you can rape and pillage them after the "end" arrives.Go ahead and go get yourself a nuke, let me know how it works out for you when the rest of the world finds out, because they will find out. Or maybe you could prop a good rifle up in your closet with a little ammo and hope your neighbors keep their cool if things ever got shitty, for their sake.
Very little of that face value is realistically at risk.To give an idea of the size of the derivative market, in December 2007 the Bank for International Settlements reported [SUP][3][/SUP] that "derivatives traded on exchanges surged 27% to a record $681 trillion in the third quarter
