does newer led light flower slower?

i know it's just my personal data i can analyze, but i never had to wait longer than day 67 of flower on any grow (120 plants or so over 20 years) and when i did it was sleep inducing.
my last grow i had genes that were 60/40, 40/60 and 1 that was nearly 100% indica. breed recs, i know, were between 50 and 63 days. all of them could have gone 80 days or more. the indicas were the slowest to mature. i never had such a slow ripening, i realized people growing sativas will need to take them longer, but all these are indicas or hybrids. the shwag seed i used to grow was ready at ~63 days or earlier under HPS (i did grow some old silver haze that took 13 weeks, but that was a rare event). even long ago, they were always cut by trichomes, with first check at 75% red hairs.

my prior setup, blurple viparspectra, was getting stuff ready by day 56. on 50/50 genetics. i even did an early cut at day 44 out of that tent and it was very viable...people enjoyed it. it was very fruity unlike the skunk/lemon that it turned into when more ripe.

i realize strains are different and that is important, but how important are the lights in doing this. the new lights i have use 301b diodes, but don't have uv diodes. i did add some UV with an agromax pure uvb bulb, but i don't think it did much.

I think the LED lights have only improved over the years. I also think that cross breeding plants has changed our expectations. UV and Ir light, stress the plant causing it to produce more trichomes.

before this last grow setup, I did several runs of critical kush from dinafem with the blurples/uva. so, extremely hybridized (big bud bilbo cut x emerald fire og). i also ran bag seeds of venom kush and green crack also extreme hybrids . all were ready within 65 days over 4 grows and 13 females. last grow was banana og x sapphire og, chemdog 91 x g13 and purple punch. most of them didn't look close to ready at day 65. i cut the two most mature at day 65 based on habit. the bud is good and no regrets on the chop. I waited for the remaining 5 plants and they never really ambered. trichs were cloudy enough to cut though at day 78. what sort of indica, or even a hybrid, doesn't have amber on day 78 of flower?
uvb is supposed to increase trichs. the old LEDs had uva. also, my hps grows fom way back had uv in the spectrum. last grow had no uv in the main lights. not saying that was the culprit, but it was a notable difference in the setups. i am not sure it was genetics.
