Does my plant look ok for 1 week?

Hello i am soooo new to this....I feel like my plants might be growing a little slow. Tomorrow they will be 1 week.....one of em are sprouting new leaves that look a little yellow and the other two are sprouting new leaves that look yellow and i can also sew very small brow dots on both tips of the new sprouts. Please help.

Lights? Medium? Water pH? Nutrients you'll be using? Temperature? Humidity?

You should only put one plant in each pot.
 
Thank you so much for responding......I have 85w/13w daylight(5000k)....miracle gro soil (yea i know lol) , 1 lemon kush and 2 bubba kush plants.....water ph is a 5, i am gonna use Chicken Soup for the soil(indie...but very good reviews).....i am not sure about the humidity or temp.....thank you for the separate pot info...should that be done right away or should allow them to grow more?
 
don't mess with them yet... for a week that isn't bad, and new growth is always a little lighter as it starts to emerge, and brown dots are also common on the edges of said new growth with certain strains... red hues in the center can also be common on new growth. As spek9 said though, one per pot... they get bigger, and the roots can cause the weaker ones to not grow very much at all.
