Does Kief Mold?

I was wondering how long you can keep kief accumulating in a grinder? I bought my grinder a couple months ago and have quite a bit of kief but its not enough.

What do you guys do with kief anyway? Cook with it? Smoke it? Vaporize?
Anyone have any recipes?
