and these are the lights I'm using

is that an incandescent bulb? your plant looks rather stretched, need to get more light, and get it closer.. don't use incandescent bulbs, you will just burn down our house.........

you may want to put a small fan on them to help strengthen the stem so it dosnt fall over upon itself
