Does height increase yeild in the right condition?

So I'm growing under 2 1000w lights one hps and one daylight mh in the same ~10x10x10 space I have it cooled vented my plants are basically happy as hell thriving at 6ft tall most of them. My question is will taller plants effect my yeild by making it bigger or smaller or should I shorten the veg to speed up the process in order to produce more over time. Which is the most effective yeild over time method, do taller plants produce more bud??

well trained plants produce the most. which is not always taller. every strain is going to act slightly different and you will always have to experiment to figure out what works best for you. I'm not certain there is one golden method.

training is key.

I know what your asking...ofcourse it will vary but in general what is the best height to flower..now alot plays into this training, strain, light intensity...but i'm wondering the same thing, currently I would flower at about two feet but after upgrading to a 1000 I decided to try going larger..they are about four five feet so I will have an answer but all things equal what do you guys think optimal height is??

What I've read is every foot of plant growth should usually get you a ounce, (Most of the time)
as mentions every strain produces some varied amounts.
5-6 foot plant is the max you'd want to grow with a 1000watt light.
at 5' your lumens drop way off 6' is even more so. at those heights you just about need aome side lighting.

Good Luck on Your Grow

I agree but Most Importantly its all about having a Nice root system, i prefer LOTS of roots over a tall plant anyday, More Tops the better(thats where training comes in play)

Indoor i would say no bigger than 5 feet so that would be 12/12 at around 3 ft , you could train lst, top, supper crop to get more tops and get a longer veg to increase root mass. you would have a MONSTER!
