Does Green Tea really lower tolerance?

I've heard that green tea can lower your tolerance because of all its antioxidants (as well as helping cleanse your body faster) from certain sources and from others that the only thing that lowers it is not smoking. I still get high fairly easily, I've only been smoking for about seven months and the bud I smoke is high quality (right now i have blue dream). Every high is pretty much the exact same and it's kind of boring.

It's like playing a video game you really like. At first, it's really fun, but then the excitement level gradually goes down until you eventually stop. If you keep playing a game that you've beaten 10+ times.. it's just the same ole thing. You know what's gonna happen. That's how I feel with bud... same high every time. I also feel like weed used to help with anxiety, but now I think it triggers it, at least on the come down.

The only thing that can really lower your tolerance is using your cb receptors less. Letting them recharge. AKA a t-break

Sadly you're right :(
I'm now seeing how annoying it is to have such a high tolerance you can't really get high unless you have some really dank bud :(
